Stand in the Elections

One of the key ways to get involved in the Students’ Association is to stand for a position in the elections.  Not only is it fantastic for your CV, but it also gives you the power to change EUSA, Edinburgh University and maybe, if you’re lucky, a bit of the world!

General Meetings

Shake EUSA up - the next EUSA General Meeting is on Tuesday 23rd February at 7:00pm in the McEwan Hall.  To submit a policy motion email the President using this contact form . Policy motion deadline 9th February 2010.  Motion amendment deadline 16th February 2010.

There are 2 General Meetings of the Students' Association each year, including the Annual General Meeting of first semester at which the Association presents the Annual Report.

Class Reps Opportunity Profile

Purpose

As a class rep you are the official representative of your class.  You have a positive role to play, by enabling communication and constructive change within your course.  Staff within your subject area, the University and the Student’s Association value your input, which enables ongoing development and improvement throughout the University.

Opportunities at EUSA

Every year, Edinburgh University Students’ Association produces a number of publications, amongst them are the Voice supplement, the Survival Guide, the annual EUSA Diary and the online Course Reviewer.

EUSA also runs one of the biggest and best Freshers’ Week in the UK and on an annual basis we recruit a Freshers Week Co-Ordinator.  To do this, the Students’ Association need students to edit/co-ordinate these publications and events as required and in exchange, EUSA pays you.  Simple as that really.
